The Parish Office
Council meets at 7.30 pm on the first Tuesday of each month, except January when Council meets on the second Tuesday on the month. Meetings take place in the Parish Hall, Heath Hill Road South, Crowthorne.
Agendas are displayed on the website and Council notice board which is located outside the Crowthorne Library three clear days before the meeting.
Each meeting includes a 15 minute question time for public participation when residents can ask questions of the Council.
The Annual Parish Meeting
All Parish Councils are required to hold an Annual Parish Meeting when electors are able to come along and ask questions of the council. The Annual Parish Meeting is generally takes place in March and is held at the Morgan Centre, Wellington Road, Crowthorne from 7.30pm. The Annual Report of the council is presented at this meeting.
Annual Meeting of the Council
The Annual Meeting of the Council will take place in May from 7.30pm in the Parish Hall. The Chairman of the Parish Council is elected at this meeting and members are appointed to various Committees and Working Groups.
Crowthorne Parish Council holds a monthly surgery to provide an opportunity for local residents to meet with their Parish Councillors in person. Each month, Parish Councillors will be present to answer questions and discuss local issues.
The monthly surgeries will be held in the Crowthorne Library on Crowthorne High Street on the first Saturday of each month from 11am-12pm.
